Job Summary
As a Baker and Packager Associate at Sam's Club, you will play a vital role in preparing fresh baked items daily for our members. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare bakery department merchandise based on daily production needs
Operate baking equipment, follow recipes/make-up instructions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Provide exceptional customer service to members, answering any questions they may have and ensuring their satisfaction
Collaborate with other associates to build a strong bakery team and maintain a positive attitude

Requirements
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
