Job Summary:The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and cognitive abilities, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve their functional abilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients' physical and cognitive abilities to develop personalized treatment plans
- Implement interventions to improve patients' functional abilities, such as fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and cognitive skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
- Current state license in good standing with the State License Board and up-to-date state and contract-required competency tests and credentials
- Current hands-on CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association
