Painter Technician

Spotless Solutions LLC, a dynamic and expanding organization, is seeking 3 qualified individuals to fill the position of Painter Technician. This role offers an excellent opportunity for skilled professionals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading equipment and supplies from company vehicles
• Protecting customer homes and belongings with drop cloths
• Cleaning paint applicators, equipment, and work sites after each job
• Moving furniture, equipment, and obstacles to complete painting tasks as needed
• Performing high-quality interior and exterior surface painting by patching, texturing, priming, sanding, and caulking
• Preparing surfaces for painting
• Filling holes in surfaces with putty, plaster, or filler
• Repairing drywall as required
• Removing fixtures and items from walls
• Utilizing hand tools effectively
• Maintaining clean and safe equipment and work areas
• Properly storing, cleaning, and disposing of all supplies and equipment
• Completing residential painting tasks as scheduled
• Knowledge of paints, thinners, spray guns, and applicators

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years' experience in painting or equivalent training
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Demonstrated integrity and commitment to quality work
• Dependability and reliability
• Physical demands include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting (up to 50 lbs), grasping, and repetitive motions
• Comfortable working at heights up to 40 ft using ladders
• Basic oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in using paint spray guns and various painting application tools
• Experience in painting and drywall repair and patching
