Job Opportunity

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a part-time Medical/Dental Receptionist to join our team in Battle Ground, WA.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing patient information, making medical appointments, and contacting patients via phone on behalf of Sea Mar. They will also take messages, demonstrate problem-solving skills, and communicate efficiently with patients while being sensitive to their needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Medical terminology preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and computer typing skills are required
  • Excellent verbal, customer service, and written skills necessary
  • Good organizational skills are a must
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred but not required
