About the Job

We are looking for someone with a strong background in pool service and maintenance who can work independently and as part of a team.

As a Pool Service Specialist, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on various aquatic systems, including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, salt systems, blowers, and pool light fixtures.

You will also be involved in demoing and prepping for new plaster surfaces, coping, and tile installations. Additionally, you will assist with leak detection and other related tasks.

  • Report punctually to work each day
  • Ensure all necessary equipment and tools are available before leaving the office
  • Complete field reports as needed
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained work vehicle
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record
  • The ability to lift a minimum of 100 pounds when required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a pool service technician
