Rotary Die Cutter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Rotary Die Cutter Operator to join our team at VIP Staffing. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and operating die-cutting machines, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining equipment in optimal condition.

• Setup and Operation: Set up print and die-cut sections of die cutters according to proper setup techniques, ensuring all bolts are securely in place.
• Quality Control: Inspect anilox rolls for damage before and after each run, and inspect dies before and after a run to ensure necessary repairs are made.
• Maintenance and Repairs: Identify and report equipment issues, complete maintenance work orders, and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
• Training and Assistance: Train and assist First Helper and Bundlers with job duties on the machine, and cross-train on other machines as needed.
• Reporting and Communication: Complete necessary reports in a timely manner, including production data, machine operational status, safety data, and quality data.

• Physical Demands: Regularly required to stand, walk, and talk or hear, frequently use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and occasionally sit.
• Lifting and Moving: Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
• Vision Requirements: Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
