The Administrator in Training (AIT) will gain knowledge and skills necessary for overseeing the efficient and profitable management of the community, ensuring compliance with Majestic Care's policies and state and federal regulations, while delivering the highest quality of care.

Responsibilities include:

  • Learning to uphold compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Ensuring adherence to Majestic Care's policies, guidelines, and standards.
  • Embedding the Majestic Care culture into daily operations.
  • Providing quality care and services that meet the satisfaction of patients, residents, families, physicians, and other stakeholders.
  • Leading an effective Quality Assurance and Process Improvement (QAPI) Program.
  • Implementing a comprehensive Workforce Management Program, including performance management, recruitment, retention, onboarding, orientation, training, and team member engagement.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Nursing Services and regional team members to develop a strategic business operations plan.
  • Ensuring effective financial stewardship to meet budgetary commitments.
  • Participating in business development discussions to foster collaborative partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in healthcare management.
  • Experience in a long-term care environment.
