We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Broad River Rehab in Taylorsville, NC. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, through the use of various therapeutic procedures and assistive devices to maximize functional potentials in all areas of a resident's life.
The ideal candidate will participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team, providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy. Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat residents with various therapeutic procedures and assistive devices
- Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team, providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor and document resident progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
Requirements:
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar setting
