About the Job

Caton Construction Group, a leading Heavy Civil Construction company in Virginia, seeks skilled workers for its Boring & Excavating Crew.

The position involves performing tasks that require physical labor at heavy construction projects. Responsibilities include operating hand and power tools, maintaining a clean job site, and following proper safety procedures.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive compensation package, comprehensive health insurance, FSA program, and paid holidays.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License Required
  • 2+ years of heavy construction experience preferred

This is a full-time position with normal days and hours of work from Monday – Thursday, 6:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m., with time provided for lunch. Work may be local or out of town, requiring overnight stays with per diem paid.
