We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Cardiac Per Diem Nights at Abrazo West Campus. As a Cardiac Per Diem RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients in the Cardiac Per Diem Nights unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Coordinate care planning with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Act as a supervisor and delegate tasks to other healthcare employees as needed.
- Participate in hourly rounding and observe safety guidelines and safe work practices.
- May be asked to be in charge for a shift(s) and supervise other members of the healthcare team.
- License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona.
- CPR certification.
- ACLS certification as applicable by Facility/by Department.
- Minimum of two years of current Level III NICU experience including neonatal ventilator.
- Prefer 1 year of acute care experience but will consider new graduate.
- Certification in specialty area of practice preferred.
- BSN degree.
