Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and school staff, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other drivers and transportation staff to ensure seamless service delivery and efficient route management.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal communication skills and ability to interact with students, parents, and school staff.
  • Ability to work a split shift schedule, including mornings and afternoons.
  • Subject to a drug screen and physical, as well as DOT drug testing.
