HR Coordinator

Position Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive HR Coordinator to assist our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will play a key role in facilitating the onboarding of new employees, maintaining personnel records, and managing various HR administrative functions. Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment are crucial for this position, which reports directly to the VP of Human Resources.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, which includes drafting offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records are maintained in HR information systems.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the performance management process and coordinate review schedules.
• Support HR initiatives, including employee engagement and wellness programs.

Qualifications:

• Preferred certification from SHRM or HRCI.
• A minimum of two years of experience in Human Resources, with a preference for experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently or collaboratively within a team.
