Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Verification and Auditing: Ensure all items for sales order shipments are accurately verified and audited.
  • Order Preparation: Efficiently prepare and pack orders for various shipping methods including Ground, LTL, domestic, and international.
  • Record Maintenance: Diligently maintain shipping records for specified categories.
  • Delivery Scheduling: Prepare bills of lading and coordinate truck/carrier deliveries through online platforms or phone communication.
  • Labeling: Mark and label skids and containers as necessary.
  • Shrink Wrapping: Properly shrink wrap items as required.
  • Material Transport: Move materials to the shipping dock using a pallet jack or hand truck.
  • Loading: Load trucks utilizing a forklift when necessary.
  • Work Area Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other warehouse and clerical tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Safety-conscious mindset.
  • Prior experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience or certification in operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, and other warehouse machinery.
  • Team-oriented and self-motivated individual.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good hand-eye coordination.
  • Capability to safely and effectively use ladders.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of physical activity for extended periods.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with RF technology is a plus.
  • Strong attendance and punctuality record.
  • Willingness to work overtime when necessary.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in various weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse and loading dock.
