Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients with various physical therapy needs, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiovascular conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to achieve patient goals and improve functional abilities.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct patient assessments, re-assessments, and progress evaluations to monitor treatment effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and disease management.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Texas.
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
