Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our team at ProSmile. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the needs of our dentists and hygienists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist dentists and hygienists with patient care, including chairside support and instrument handling.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointment reminders to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Dental Assistant, with a strong background in patient care and clinical procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
