We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant to join our team at SCP Health. As a Physician Assistant in Emergency Medicine, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.

**Responsibilities**

  • Provide medical care to patients in the emergency department, including diagnosing and treating acute and chronic conditions.
  • Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent.
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or eligible for certification.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Physician Assistant in Emergency Medicine or a related field.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
