We are seeking a highly skilled Immigration Lawyer to join our federal litigation practice. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in federal court practice and a strong background in administrative law principles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for challenging delayed or denied petitions for immigration benefits in the federal courts, and participating in impact litigation applying administrative law principles to immigration regulations.

This position will report directly to the Chairman of Klasko Immigration Law Partners, LLP.

The estimated salary range for this position is $160,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing administrative records of proceedings to develop legal basis for challenges to adverse agency decisions
  • Providing legal research and analysis on immigration issues in federal court
  • Drafting pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents for filing with federal courts
  • Preparing and conducting arguments before federal judges
