We are seeking a skilled Glass Installation Specialist to join our team at The Glass Guru of Hendersonville. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while installing and maintaining glass-related products.

Job Description

Our ideal candidate will have at least 1-year of residential glass installation experience, although we will consider individuals with relevant skills such as carpentry or general mechanical background. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a clean DMV record.

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Inspect job materials, ensuring the correct size and style of products, and checking for any damage or flaws
  • Load necessary materials onto installation vehicles, including redundant tools and safety equipment
  • Communicate with the office and customers regarding schedule changes and expected completion times
  • Install glass products, troubleshoot issues, and strive to resolve any on-site problems
  • Care for customers' homes/businesses, ensuring they are left cleaner than when you arrived

You will also be responsible for walking customers through product care and maintenance, explaining warranties (if applicable), and informing them how to contact us for future service needs.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
