Stylist at Stile

We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging Stylist to join our team at Stile Newtown Square. As a Stylist, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience, building relationships with clients, and generating sales by bringing clientele back into the store with personalized customer outreach.

• Sales: Meet or exceed personal sales plans monthly, develop a clientele, and contact customers daily through our sales platform.
• Operations: Ensure accurate sales transactions, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and fulfill online and over-the-phone orders in a timely manner.
• Scheduling: Be available to work retail hours, including weekends, store events, and holiday weekends, and maintain a high level of punctuality and reliability.

• Full-Time: 1+ years retail experience required.
• Part-Time: Experience is not required, but preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Sufficient fashion credibility to sell merchandise to customers.
• Strong collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with technology and ability/comfort level to operate a point of sale system.
• Schedule flexibility to accommodate the hours of a retail store.
