The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of claims while maintaining a strong focus on customer service excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve commercial general liability litigated claims efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate seamless claims processing.
- Analyze claims to determine coverage and liability, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s Degree coupled with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Claims or Insurance,
OR - Completion of the Zurich Claims Training Program along with 3+ years of relevant experience,
OR - A High School Diploma or Equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in Claims or Insurance.
- Possession of necessary adjuster license(s) is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience handling Commercial General Liability litigated claims for over 3 years.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven track record in team collaboration and relationship building.
- Ability to simplify and articulate complex concepts effectively.
