Rx relief is seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Manager/ Pharmacist in Charge to lead our retail pharmacy team in a hospital setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including workflow, quality control, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage and develop pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, performance reviews, and employee relations.
- Maintain positive relationships with patients, doctors, and insurance companies.
- Ensure proper stocking and inventory management of pharmaceutical supplies.
- Process prescriptions accurately and within legal turnaround times.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a hospital setting.
- Must have a valid, clear, and active pharmacy license.
- Must have a Bachelor's degree or Pharm.D.
- Preferred to have 1+ years of management experience in pharmacy.
- Must have 2+ years of pharmacy experience as a licensed pharmacist.
- Background and drug screening required.
- Health screening required.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
