Position: Physical Therapist

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at a hospital in Madison, Minnesota. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them recover from injuries or illnesses and improve their mobility and function.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to improve their mobility and function
  • Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients, using a variety of techniques and equipment
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure effective care
  • Participate in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful times
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Background and drug screen
  • Additional requirements and certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
