Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven leadership experience working with or for senior officials in the Department of Defense.
- Demonstrated Program Management expertise on complex programs involving Department of Defense Systems.
- Experience in DoD Contracting and Negotiating (as USG and/or contractor side) on ACAT I or II programs.
- Proven experience interacting with customer personnel, including senior ranks.
Desired Skills:
- Experience leading large-scale mission-driven initiatives and program activities.
- Strong background in Fighter Warfighter training needs and operations.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Capability to manage, coach, train, and inspire teams in both technical and leadership development.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to address complex issues and solutions with senior leadership.
- Technical background through education and/or professional experience.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time Off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
