As a leading specialist in Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgery, you will have the chance to work with a collaborative group of 6 orthopedic surgeons and 5 APPs, providing comprehensive orthopedic services under one roof.

Key Highlights

  • Immediate case volume: A robust procedure schedule awaits your arrival, ensuring a seamless transition and immediate impact.
  • Dedicated clinic and procedure days: Enjoy a balanced schedule with Monday-Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 12 PM.
  • Low-stress call schedule: Benefit from a 1:12 primary call and 1:6 group call rotation, praised by the team as manageable and stress-free.
  • Advanced facilities: Multiple operating rooms equipped with cutting-edge technology, including Hana tables, beach chairs, robotics, C-arms, and a one-day surgical center.
  • Exceptional support staff: Collaborate with experienced surgical teams, dedicated orthopedic nurses, APPs, and 30+ physical and occupational therapists.

Compensation Package

  • Competitive base salary: $750,000+
  • WRVU incentives: Unlock earning potential through our competitive production incentive.
  • Sign-on bonus: Receive a generous $40,000 bonus upon joining the team.
