About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a travel assignment in Monroe, Washington. This is an excellent opportunity to work at a top-notch healthcare facility and advance your career in nuclear medicine.

Job Responsibilities

  • Patient care: Put patients at ease, obtain medical histories, describe procedures, and answer any questions.
  • Radiopharmaceutical administration: Administer small doses of radioactive drugs to patients, then use diagnostic imaging equipment to record images of the radioactive material in the body.
  • Monitoring patient condition: Monitor the patient's physical condition during the course of the procedure.
  • Data processing: Process data and enhance digital images using advanced computer technology.
  • Image analysis: Provide images, data analysis, and patient information for diagnostic or therapeutic procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
  • Certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and Nuclear Medicine Technologist Certification Board (NMTCB).
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • 2 years of experience required within the last 5 years.
