At Integer, we're committed to excellence in tooling and manufacturing. As a Senior Toolmaker, you'll play a critical role in creating high-quality tools and dies that meet our customers' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Construct and repair tools, dies, jigs, gauges, and fixtures to close tolerances.
  • Operate toolroom equipment, including CNC mills, EDMs, and surface grinders.
  • Troubleshoot and repair tooling issues.
  • Collaborate with R&D, PD&E, EHSS, Production, and Quality teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of work produced.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
  • 7+ years of related experience; Associate's degree with 4-6 years of experience; Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Journeymen certification/paperwork may be required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to apply it in operating toolroom equipment.
  • Demonstrated competency at the master level as defined by NIMS.
  • Basic TIG or toolroom welding skills a plus.
