Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on all company-owned equipment, including tractors, trailers, refrigerated units, and support machinery.
Perform maintenance in accordance with OEM, DOT, and company specifications.
Inspect, analyze, troubleshoot, diagnose, and execute both minor and complex repairs on all equipment.
Disassemble, repair, and reassemble heavy truck and trailer components.
Tire Maintenance Duties:
Conduct repairs, failure analysis, coding, and identification of tire issues.
Qualifications:
Knowledge of vehicle systems and basic maintenance practices is preferred.
A high school diploma or equivalent combination of training and experience is required.
Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills.
Ability to utilize and learn various diagnostic software for tractor/trailer maintenance.
Proficient computer skills are necessary.
