About the Role:

Hueman Risk Adjustment is actively seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in completing in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare and Medicaid members. Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to and from patients' homes to conduct comprehensive, non-invasive physical assessments.
  • Review medical history and ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:
