Position Overview:
- Part-time role, offering up to 26 hours weekly

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of resident activities
- Generate innovative ideas to enrich the Activities Program
- Foster positive relationships with residents and their families
- Coordinate transportation for residents to community events
- Support Volunteer Programs and manage the residence store
- Ensure necessary supplies are available
- Assist residents with daily tasks and activities
- Participate in training sessions and orientation
- Drive residents in company vehicle as required
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in recreational therapy or a related field is preferred
- Understanding of activities development and implementation is essential
- Strong communication skills in English
- High school diploma or GED is preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Physical capability to manage equipment and engage in various tasks
