Dialysis Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dialysis Technician to join our team at Reifenstein Dialysis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in our dialysis clinic.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment and supplies for patient treatment.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight.
- Assist patients with dialysis treatment, including starting and stopping the machine.
- Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 months of dialysis experience preferred.
- CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.
- Ability to distinguish primary colors and pass the Ishihara Color Vision Test.
- Successful completion of our dialysis training program within 12 weeks of hire.
- Must meet CMS-approved national certification requirements within the CMS timeline.
