As a Clinical Supervisor, you will provide guidance and expertise to a team of dedicated clinicians who are committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based treatment services to individuals recovering from substance use disorders.

You will bring your extensive knowledge and experience in clinical mental health, psychology, or counseling to the table, and use it to mentor and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our management team to shape the future of our programs and services.

You will contribute to the development and implementation of innovative, cutting-edge treatments and interventions that address the unique needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision to clinical team members assigned to you
  • Provide supervision to Peer Support Specialists and Community Support Specialists assigned to clinical team
  • Provide or assist in arranging for clinical staff training in the areas of assessment, treatment planning, general Recovery service provision, client engagement and retention, etc.
  • Monitor for appropriateness of level of care recommendations, changes to treatment intensity, and completion of treatment services related to assigned clinical teams Recovery Services clients
  • Oversee and attend group supervision meetings of Peers and CSS's as needed
  • Provide individual clinical supervision to Staff on assigned clinical team
  • Monitor clinical documentation, time, productivity, and deficiencies of supervised staff to ensure compliance with program standards and Burrell policy

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health, Psychology, Counseling or related behavioral health field
  • Licensed in the state of Missouri as a Professional Counselor with a minimum of 2 years post supervision experience
  • Approved (or willing to become approved within 12 months of date of hire) by the state of Missouri professional counselor Board to provide supervision to provisionally licensed counselors
  • Approved (or willing to become approved within 12 months of date of hire) by the Missouri Credentialing board to provide supervision to MAADC I or MAADC II counselors
