About the Role

Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-Time Store Associate to join our team at The Fashion Mall at Keystone in Indianapolis, IN.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a best-in-class retail store experience.
  • Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing knowledge about our products and services.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
  • Participate in feedback loops to continuously improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
  • Unpack inventory boxes as required.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
  • Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, and nutrition.
  • Excellent social interaction skills and ability to work with large teams.
  • Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
  • Self-motivated and good communicator.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
  • Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
