Pembroke Hospital is seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. As a vital part of our partial hospitalization program, you will work with adults and adolescents to promote stabilization and skill development.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to identify client needs and develop treatment plans
  • Facilitate groups, focusing on DBT/CBT skills to promote client growth and development
  • Document client progress and treatment outcomes
  • Provide crisis intervention and milieu management to ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
  • LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC licensure required (or eligible to receive within 90 days)
