Join Curtis Lumber as a Commercial Window Specialist and drive the growth of our commercial window business by engaging with architects and builders. This role requires a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand our commercial window business by building strong relationships with architects and builders.
  • Partner with our outside contractor sales and management team to grow existing customers' window business, assist with product conversions, and develop new customers and markets.
  • Lead and support customers through the complete selling cycle, including specification analysis, product identification, bidding, and installation.
  • Work with architects to drive our product specifications and/or work with customers to recommend alternate products and re-drive specifications with the architects.
  • Prepare and deliver on-site educational product presentations for architects and builders.
  • Leverage resources to identify job leads and business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at promotional functions and participate in architectural associations and other builder associations.
Requirements:
  • Extensive sales knowledge of all window product lines with effective closing techniques.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to analyze market trends.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
