About Preferred Professional Services (PPS):

PPS is a distinguished member of National Health Care Associates, operating a comprehensive network of over 35 rehabilitation and long-term care facilities aimed at improving the quality of life for families throughout the Northeast.

We are currently offering per diem shifts in our Long-Term Care and Rehabilitation Facilities.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse with PPS Agency, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents.

Your responsibilities will include assessing patient conditions, developing and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure thorough care delivery.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Performing comprehensive patient evaluations and creating tailored care plans
  • Administering prescribed medications, treatments, and IV therapies
  • Monitoring and recording patient vital signs and medical histories
  • Providing wound care and other essential nursing interventions
  • Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care
  • Overseeing and guiding Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care

Compensation:

Starting at USD $60.00 per hour.

  • A valid state license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
