Behavior Analyst Job Description

At Sevita, we're dedicated to providing high-quality rehabilitation services to individuals with brain, spinal cord, and medically complex injuries, illnesses, and challenges. As a Behavior Analyst, you'll play a vital role in our mission to empower people to live full, more independent lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify and analyze behavior challenges
  • Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans to support individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community
  • Collaborate with staff to observe, identify, and document behavior challenges, and provide training and support to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans
  • Work with individuals to create individualized treatment plans to improve their behavior and quality of life
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in psychology or related field
  • One year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development
  • Board Certification and valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
