Key Responsibilities:- Conduct functional behavioral assessments to identify and analyze behavior challenges
- Develop and implement behavioral analysis service plans to support individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community
- Collaborate with staff to observe, identify, and document behavior challenges, and provide training and support to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans
- Work with individuals to create individualized treatment plans to improve their behavior and quality of life
- Master's Degree in psychology or related field
- One year experience working with special populations in crisis intervention, staff training, and development
- Board Certification and valid driver's license, current registration, and insurance
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
