The Position

Critical Care Nurses in our ICU provide life-saving care to patients with life-threatening medical conditions. These nurses work in the critical care unit of a hospital or healthcare facility and are responsible for managing complex medical situations that arise from surgeries, trauma, or organ failure. With an estimated salary range of $60-$80 per hour, plus potential stipends, this role offers competitive compensation and opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
* Monitor patients' conditions and respond to changes in their status
* Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians

Requirements

* Current RN licensure in good standing
* BSN degree or higher
* Minimum 1 year of ICU experience
* ACLS certification
