Surgical Technologist Level II

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist Level II to join our team in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with surgeons and nurses to ensure the smooth and efficient function of the operating room.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sterile techniques and be able to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain the operating room environment, ensuring a safe and sterile workspace.
- Assist with the peri-operative care of patients, providing support and guidance as needed.
- Work closely with surgeons and nurses to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of surgical procedures and protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent and completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist Program.
- Current Surgical Technologist Certification required within one year from graduation.
- Minimum of two years' experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care setting.
- Preferred experience: Associate degree, 4 years' experience as a Surgical Technologist, and committee and leadership experience.
