Program Leadership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead our mental health services team at Butterfly Support Services.
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff. The ideal candidate will have strong program management skills, including budgeting and financial management, as well as excellent administrative skills.
The successful candidate will be able to plan, organize, and execute projects effectively, while also providing support and assistance as needed to the team. They will be responsible for recruiting, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and other essential duties.
Key Responsibilities- Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of staff.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities by the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Provide support and assistance as needed to team.

- Ability to be on-call 24/7 to provide support to staff and provide crisis intervention as needed.
- Provides direction to Quality Mental Health Specialists based on the treatment model which includes weekly management of the group supervision process by direct case review, oversees the treatment planning process, case management, and case progress. Attends consultation and follows up on recommendations.
- Provides support to help manage case managers duties and responsibilities. Provides case coverage as needed.
- Reviews and approves promptly clinical and organizational documentation (i.e. mileage, timecards etc.) completed by their direct reports for the purpose of quality assurance and performance improvement.
- Payroll and HR duties
- Recommend, monitor, and enforce administrative policies and procedures while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Office management
- Develop administrative operations budget information and monitor staff hours utilization and program expenditures.
- Maintain a small caseload of clients
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or clinical psychology preferred.
- Proven experience as program director or other managerial position.
- Thorough understanding of project/program management techniques and methods.
- Excellent Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and key metrics.
- Outstanding knowledge of data analysis, reporting and budgeting.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and program management software.
- Business acumen with a strategic ability.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clinical licensure is preferred (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC).
