Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Administer medications and IV conscious sedation under physician supervision.
- Assist the physician during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and peripheral angiographic procedures.
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation in MediTech and Camtronics.
- Monitor and demonstrate understanding of hemodynamic measurements and valve areas.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
- Current Nursing (RN) licensure by the appropriate Board of Nursing.
- Current BLS certification.
- ACLS certification or completion of ACLS training within six months of hire.
- Prior experience in a Cath Lab is highly preferred.
