Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment, with a focus on mixology and customer service.
  • Knowledge of fine spirits, wine, and beer, as well as an appreciation for Japanese culture and cuisine.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to our guests.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
