Job Title: Pizza Maker

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pizza Maker to join our team at Pizza Inn - Clairday Foods, Inc. As a Pizza Maker, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook pizzas to our high standards
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
• Demonstrate guest-oriented focus
• Communicate effectively with the team
• Manage equipment effectively
• Follow our quality standards
• Understand and follow our Portion Control Charts
• Make all Specialty Pizzas correctly
• Use scales for all portioning
• Know all product abbreviations and read guest checks and/or POS monitors

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
• Knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques
• Ability to work effectively with equipment
• Knowledge of quality standards and Portion Control Charts
• Ability to make Specialty Pizzas correctly
• Ability to use scales for portioning
• Knowledge of product abbreviations and ability to read guest checks and/or POS monitors
