**About the Role**

ISN Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the accounting functions of our commercial building management operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile contracted monthly/quarterly payments for utilities and additional maintenance requirements.
  • Backup for regular monthly and quarterly AP entries, check-printing, and postings.
  • Verify subcontractor invoices with prior written approvals and pricing worksheets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a commercial building management setting.
  • Proficiency in Sage 50 Accounting System, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple leases and requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with commercial building management accounting systems.
  • Ability to create custom reports using Sage 50.
