As a Medical Malpractice Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will encompass:

2. Conducting depositions and managing various litigation stages from Notice of Intent through trial.
3. Effectively preparing and overseeing case management.
4. Ensuring meticulous trial preparation, including the organization of relevant documentation and evidence.
5. Communicating clearly with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
6. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents with accuracy.
7. Staying informed about current laws and regulations in the healthcare sector.
8. Offering legal counsel to clients, outlining case strategies, and clarifying their rights and options.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
2. Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, specifically in medical malpractice defense.
4. Proven track record in conducting depositions.
5. Experience managing cases from Notice of Intent through trial.
6. Excellent communication and writing abilities with a strong focus on detail.
