Job Responsibilities

The Lead HVAC Installer will be responsible for installing HVAC equipment, duct, and fittings, and completing projects on or below budgeted labor hours. Key responsibilities include:

  • Arriving at the station ready to work at 7:30 a.m.
  • Reviewing the project daily with the lead or Installation Manager and requesting tools, materials, or equipment needed for the next day.
  • Completing paperwork daily, recording all hours and materials used on each job and turning it in to the Installation Manager.
  • Informing the Installation Manager by 9:00 or 3:00 of any stocking items or fabrication needed for the project.
  • Assisting the Warehouse Person or Fabricator if directed with stocking, pulling jobs, deliveries, or fabrication.
  • Keeping the entire work area neat and organized and free of scrap and debris.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Possession of an EPA 608 certification.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of a drug screening test.
  • A clean background check.
  • Ideally, 6-10 years of relevant experience in the field.
  • Authorization to work in the United States.
