Job Summary

American Health W LLC is seeking a skilled Mobile Phlebotomy Specialist to join our team. As a Mobile Phlebotomy Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in various settings, including long-term care facilities and patient homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood samples from patients in a safe and efficient manner
  • Properly identify patients and ensure accurate labeling of specimens
  • Transport specimens to the laboratory for analysis
  • Work collaboratively with dispatch, payroll, laboratory, and courier departments
  • Maintain accurate records and time sheets
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and report any issues to the supervisor
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy work experience required
  • Valid state-issued Driver License and clean driving record required
  • Phlebotomy Certification from an accredited training school or equivalent preferred
Preferred Qualifications
  • Home Draws: Minimum of 3 years of phlebotomy work experience required; additional credentialing requirements must be successfully completed prior to working on our Home Draw team
