Job Summary

As a Production Laborer at Oldcastle APG, you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Assist in preparing for shift production and become knowledgeable of the machinery you operate
  • Transport trash and debris away from production areas
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the lead operator
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs, with occasional lifting of up to 65lbs
  • Must be able to follow workplace safety procedures, including machinery lock out, tag out, and use of personal protective equipment
  • Able to perform job tasks in sometimes dusty, hot, and/or cold working conditions
