About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at BRIA. As a LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents, supervise and educate certified nursing assistants, and prepare and administer medications on a schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, prioritizing their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Supervise and mentor certified nursing assistants to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Administer medications accurately and on schedule, maintaining up-to-date records.
  • Chart and maintain accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among staff members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing.
  • A current and valid nursing license in the State of Illinois.
  • Current and valid CPR certification.
  • One year or more experience in long-term care.
