**General Surgery Opportunity in Northern Mississippi**
- Medicorp, Inc is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon to join our thriving practice in Northern Mississippi.
- We offer a competitive base salary of $350,000, plus wRVU and quality bonuses, with a guaranteed base salary for 2-3 years.
- Our practice is led by an experienced General Surgeon who has been practicing in the community for over 5 years and works in clinic 2 days per week and operates 2 days per week.
- Our patient volume is approximately 20 patients per day in clinic and 50-70 per month in the OR.
- We practice out of one hospital with 153 beds.
- We have a shared call schedule with our Surgeon in practice, resulting in very light call.
- Our practice focuses on primarily bread and butter general surgery, but we require candidates to have experience with therapeutic endoscopy, breast, and advanced laparoscopy.
- Candidates must have a genuine interest in practicing in a rural area.
- We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice, CME, 403b retirement, and more. We also offer a potential sign-on bonus, loan repayment, or stipend.
- Our location is just over an hour from Memphis and just over 2 hours from Birmingham, AL, with an international airport available in Memphis.
- We are unable to offer visa sponsorship.
