Amergis is seeking a highly skilled School Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments and educational assessments to identify the function of challenging behavior and socially valid, pivotal behaviors to target.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strong collaborative relationships with school staff to implement effective applied behavior analysis techniques.
- Provide ongoing support and training to related field staff to ensure treatment integrity and support professional growth.
- Investigate concerns and provide coaching and disciplinary action when appropriate.
- Determine prevention, intervention, and consequence strategies utilizing non-aversive behavior change methods.
- Collect, analyze, and report data and other documentation within established time frames to ensure program validity and efficacy.
